Leading and expanding Camden's newly established Public Health Intelligence team. Recruiting quantitative and qualitative analysts, setting up processes for robust analysis, establishing access to NHS datasets and progressing key pieces of intelligence for the Health & Wellbeing department

Lead the development of the clinical registries programme, collaborating with system-wide stakeholders, the digital team and third-party provider (OracleCerner) to scope and deliver new registries within a population health management platform (HealtheIntent). Responsible for the creation of a strategic product pipeline and oversaw full product life cycle.

Supported initial engagement work around population health management with stakeholders that the HealtheIntent project required in the startup phase (e.g. Clinical Leads, GP Federations, Quality Improvement Teams). Built support for new, complex, evolving technology among non-technical partners with concerns about how it would impact their working.

Worked with senior stakeholders (e.g. Councillors, Service Heads, Strategy Leads) to understand their intelligence requirements, agree project timescales and help them understand and use intelligence outputs (e.g. Camden Commission factsheets, borough JSNA). Lead a multi-organisational team to analyse Adult Social Care data (linked financial and activity.
