Responsible for managing automotive and health-care recruiting professionals to facilitate the hiring process.Manage internal staff of professionals, so they...-Work closely with clients to determine specific staffing requirements.-Research and locate qualified candidates via the Internet, mail, technical schools and job fairs.-Interview candidates to determine their employment requirements.-Review candidate resumes and credentials to ensure optimum match for both candidates and client's.-Serve as candidate career counselor on resumes, interviewing and negotiations.-Inform candidates of job opportunities, requirements and company benefits. -Screen candidates by checking each candidate's academic and professional credentials. This includes evaluating applicants on their technical skills, education, work history, personality, salary requirements, and managerial abilities. -Interview and check applicant's references before presenting to Clients.-Schedule interviews.-Debrief candidates after interviews.-Work with Clients and candidates in the negotiation process to help "Close the Deal" in the best interest of both parties.-Monitor after-hire satisfaction to ensure long-term employment satisfaction and lower turnover.

Direct firm’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs, and corporate communications. Facilitate client development through marketing and client services programs. Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm. Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans.
