Policy and Planning Intern. I interned in the Community and Planning department of the DCC; assisting in administration, data collection, organisation and research for two projects. As a Project Assistant I was involved with recording meetings with stakeholders, analysing media reports and public feedback, researching delivery methods of other New Zealand projects and creating a project plan. The second project I was involved with was a research based project creating guidelines. I organised discussions with staff members, researched other Council and business initiatives, then prepared a research report and a Council report.
