This involved liaising with external stakeholders including Public Health England to develop a communications and innovation plan. It resulted in the launch of a 30% reduced sugar SKU, the highest selling sugar reduced sweet confectionery product in the UK.• Led the largest-ever product optimisation project at HARIBO UK, covering design changes to 500+ SKUs.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the development and implementation of rolling brand plans to deliver stretching growth targets for Seasonal Business (Gums & Jellies, Marshmallow, Liquorice and Soft & Chewy).

• Responsible for P&G’s total fragrance portfolio in a selection of markets. (Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary). This involved brand strategy, media, PR, in-store marketing, liaising with distributors and tracking and driving business performance.• Responsible for Luxury Fragrance Pillar across total Greater Europe (39 markets). This involved developing strategies and launch plans across Greater Europe for Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci and Escada as well as tracking and driving business performance.

• Received highest possible rating, awarded only to the top 5% of Marketing employees.• Led the development of 3 dual-gender fragrance launches globally.
