I have eight years of professional experience as a mental healthcare provider, within both the non-profit and private sectors. My professional growth has evolved from providing direct care as a counselor, managing facility sites for residential treatment, and facilitating the management of my current office while concurrently engaging in direct client care.My passion is rooted in a relational approach that works in collaboration to understand and meet clients' needs. I am further driven in the workplace to refine organizational growth, through the development and dissemination of targeted systems, tools.I currently work in my community by managing a local small business site office, while also serving the student-youth population through academic and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) sessions. My therapeutic philosophy is largely client-centered and strength-based. My daily operations involve the recognition of inherent skills within the client population, coaching including personalized deliverables to streamline student organization, and the encouragement of emotional intelligence for well-rounded student confidence.
