About Harrie Van Meel

During my career I have grown to an experienced manager in the field of change management projects. In dynamic surroundings I have been the stable factor for the project employees. Because I have a big analytical and problem solving capacity, I am able to penetrate to the core of complex problems and develop actions to solve the problems. Due to the fact that I have many years project experience, I am able to build strong teams and optimise these during the project using several management techniques of which one is coaching. In the previous years I fulfilled several management functions where I have tackled questions at a strategic level and I have come with ideas outside the standard frameworks. This has resulted in solutions with a high degree of quality and an optimum connection to the organisation need.Specialties: Organisation Change ManagementProject ManagementLine ManagementTest Management
