Lots of experience in digital transformation, (open) innovation and venture investing and building. Started in the field of biochemistry but switched to IT in the beginning of my professional career. Moved gradually to the banking side of the bank and I’m now involved in the investment space, focusing on start-ups in the FinTech and Food & Agri sector. I switch easily, acquire new information quickly and I’m able to step into new spaces with confidence based on my strong learning agility and creativity. I’m able to setup initiatives from scratch combining the strengths of the corporate with the competences of other corporate partners and/or start-ups if needed. Make connections from workfloor to board-level easily, build teams and have shown true grit in the complex world of innovation. Initiated new projects, invested in new start-ups, and like to develop myself further in this field. All my work is driven by a desire to make a positive and societal impact.
