  This is a contracting role where my client's client is an Australian startup company building a SaaS product facilitating the management of software subscriptions.This role has consisted of slotting into a team of 5 developers, one web designer, two QA's, and one project manager using Agile methodologies.My job was to build the marketing website for the product. This mainly included translating Figma wireframes built by our web designer to HTML and Tailwind CSS then hydrating the UI with JavaScript.As all the pages of the website were to be indexed by Google, SEO considerations had to be taken seriously so I had to architect the website so that the client-side-rendered (CSR) React components could still be used in the server-side-rendered Next.js 13 pages.I maintained a close collaboration with the rest of the team based in Australia daily on Slack and weekly on Microsoft Teams video calls. As the only native-English speaker on the team, I was able to clarify any miscommunications between the Australians and the Vietnamese developers in my office.
