My overall responsibility as the Chief Compliance Officer of Evitec is to oversee the execution and management of the Company’s Compliance & IT functions, and setting their objectives, scope, and budget. Moreover, I am responsible of ensuring that the design of the Sustainability, Information Security & IT development roadmaps and their execution are in align with the company's overall strategic goals.My priorities are:1. to ensure that the organization has the means to work in such manner that it adheres to relevant regulations, agreed customer non-functional requirements and industry standards, especially within the field of ESG and information security, as well as internal policies the organization has set to itself. 2. to discover new compliance-born business opportunities, turning the future regulatory field into a competitive edge.This is achieved through establishing a management system as well as key business processes for the company according to the regulation (such as NIS2 and CER), relevant industry standards (such as ISO27001, ISO26000 and ISO14001) and other applicable external requirements (such as DORA and various specific customer requirements). In 2023-2024 I was the owner of the project which lead to the organization to be certified in the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard.

I was responsible of the IT, information security, and data protection functions at Evitec. Through my deep understanding of the ever-growing regulatory landscape and past experiences in managing complex IT projects, I was able to ensure that our organization processed information in compliance with applicable rules and regulations. During 2020-2022 I led the establishment of the information security management system at Evitec, while preparing the organization for upcoming ISO/IEC 27001 certification. In addition, I also led the IT migration during the M&A process of Evitec AB (a fintech IT consultancy company located in Stockholm) in 2022, successfully navigating the complexities of integrating two distinct IT systems while minimizing disruption to business operations.

I lead our marketing and communications efforts, drawing on almost two decades of experience in the industry and collaboration with hundreds of customers over the years.When I took over marketing and communications, I re-organized the team and re-structured its ways of working to ensure the performance and focus of all marketing activities. Today, together with the team of highly-skilled marketing and communication specialists, we support the company in promoting our brand and identifying the best synergies in our business to make Evitec the most desirable place to work and the most sought-after fintech provider in the Nordics.In 2022-2023, I led the rebranding project that transformed the company from Profit Software to Evitec. As the project owner, I oversaw the development of a new look and feel, as well as the re-definition of our target position and company culture. Together with the team, we successfully executed a brand transition that positions Evitec for success in the years to come.Whether it's delivering exceptional customer experiences or driving marketing and branding initiatives, I am committed to achieving results that differentiate us in the market and drive business growth.
