I am a retail oriented international business leader with wide experience from sales, marketing, finance, purchasing and business development. I started my career in business finance in order to acquire a solid base and understanding of financial mechanisms of corporations and have since those early years worked with passion in the field of retail and technical trade.I have led teams in several retail channels (grocery, hardware and pharmacy) and also in B2B. At 3M I was also responsible for the marketing of powerful brands such as Post-it and Scotch. After 3M I led the commercial teams (product management and marketing) of Lyreco Finland, leading player in the work place supplies market covering office, IT, hygiene, cafeteria and personal safety products.At Kesko I was first leading the interior decoration and home furnishing product lines. Leading focused on international category management and responsibility covered the total P&L for the decoration and home furnishing businesses in all countries. Kesko Building and Technical Trade (BTT) operates in 8 countries and is the most well known for K-Rauta, Onninen and Byggmakker. Had a privilege to work as the commercial director for the Kesko BTT Finland covering the hardware, home improvement (K-Rauta) and technical trade (Onninen) businesses in Finland. BTT Finland organisation was merged back to group level a year later.
