Product development and manufacture of ancient beers and India Pale Ale -beers in microbrewery: sanitation of fermentation tanks, malt roughing, malt mashing, wort boiling, specific gravity measurements of wort, additions of hops, transfer of wort to fermenting, wort fermentation, specific gravity measurements of beer, dry hopping, bottling of beer, capping,labeling, storaging.American IPA -beer bioprofiling 2017 - 2020 together with Bologna University, Department of Agricultural and Food Sciences researchers pro gradu scientist Claudia Battarra, postdoctoral researcher Luca Laghi and professor Francesco Capozzin. They analysed biochemical compounds of Finnish American IPA beer in qualitative NMR -method from different manufacturing phases: after mashing, after worth boiling, after secondary fermentation and bottled beer. I analysed composition of brewery water, composition of malt, qualification of yeast and identify and calculate biochemical compound of different manufacturing phase composition in quantitatively, compared statistical difference of different manufacturing phases and examine their statistical significance, and finally compare biochemical compound composition of bottled beer to other beer analysed similarly in scientific literature. Result were published in Olutposti and Kehittyvä Elintarvike in May 2020.

I planned personal and e-teaching and taught in Biomedical Laboratory Scientist programme: Histology and Cytology, Virology, Mycology, Mycobacteriology and Parasitology, Clinical Chemistry, Basics of Health care system and IVD based on ISO 9001, ISO13485 and ISO 17025. I was responsible for teaching quality, quality control and assurance of clinical IVD studies and chemical and occupational safety.I participated as one of the two teachers in entrance examination of Biomedical laboratory scientist programme of Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences in 2010, where I carried entrance interviews of students and planned, checked and graded their entrance test solution calculations. I guided, supervised, organized and cost analysed student customer service & IVD projects to present their study programme (eg. Avoimet ovet, Tiedesuunnistus) to public. I organised, managed timetables and project planning and checked cost analyses of company-aimed customer service & IVD project (eg. Glasstone, Kaukajärvi project). I collaborated with different students, teachers, and companies. I was of exhange student teacher, who taught and guided foreign biomedical laboratory students. I taught nurses and international nurse students in clinical laboratory science & IVD in Finnish and English. I participated in Liikku -project 2011, where aim was to develop professional teacher to counselor/mentor of multi-entrepreneurship. I participated in planning of new curriculum 2013 of Biomedical Laboratory Scientist programme of Tampere University of Applied Science in 2011 -2012.

I taught, guided and supervised and graded Human Anatomy and Physiology, Clinical Laboratory Medicine & IVD and Clinical Laboratory Phlebotomist courses of nurses, radiologist and physiotherapeutist and practical nurses in Social and Health Care Unit. Same time I completed my vocational teacher´s education of Tampere University of Applied Sciences on pedagogy and practical exercises and studies in Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences about different learners, learning & teaching methods and environments. I made project of qualifications of Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences to start off Biomedical laboratory scientist education in 2011 under supervision of Tampere University of Applied Sciences. I needed to do telephone interviews all around Pohjanmaa health care unit and hospitals to find out future demand of Biomedical Laboratory Scientist and their retirement in years 2010-2020. I needed to visit different locations and environments in Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences to find right place, environment and facilities for education; to negotiate education staff, teachers and their required skills to teach in study programme; to sort out and collaborate with head and staff of Seinäjoki Central Hospital for reguired environment, facilities, equipments, teachers and professional training; to plan study plan and class size for Biomedical Laboratory Scientist based on study plan of Tampere University of Applied Science; to calculate and estimate aqcuisitions of future training. The report were handed out to Head of Social and Health Care Unit of Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences in April 2009. Based on my report Programme of Biomedical Laboratory Scientist started in Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences in year 2012.

I draw blood samples for children under 2 years in rotavirus vaccine trials and adults + 50 years in Varicella Zoster (causing chicken pox) vaccine trials, I separated their serums and shipped them to Vaccine Research Centre of Tampere University and their foreign collaborators. I made control phone interviews according to vaccine trial timetables to ensure patients welfare and to rule out any possible vaccine side-effects. If necessary I took viral samples of patients previously administered viral vaccine, but now manifesting viral symptoms and shipping samples to Vaccine Research Centre of Tampere University. I verified clinical studies were carry out under ICH-GCP and ICH-GLP for internal and external stakeholders.
