Responsible for establishing a tenant improvement program within the Aviation Commercial Business Department at San Diego County Regional Airport Authority including the development of a tenant improvement team and establishing design and construction standards and processes to ensure the timely review and approval of all tenant projects on Authority property. Responsibilities included: CDP Transition and Implementation Plan Master Program Schedule Write Concession Development Manual Setting New Design and Construction Standards Establish and Oversee a 10 Member Program Team Oversee The Successful Implementation of The CDP Transition Plan Oversee the Development of 87 CDP Projects From Conceptual Design Through Final Approval.

As Regional Director responsible for meeting or exceeding the companies national expansion plans including managing the design and construction of over 2000 Hudson News, Hudson Booksellers and nationally branded specialty and full service restaurant and cafés at 18 different airports. Directly accountable for business development, customer relations, capital budgets, equipment, design, construction, and contract negotiations. All projects were delivered on schedule and within approved budgets.

Senior Project Team Leader directing the $110 Million Expansion and Redevelopment of the Central Terminal, Retail Concession Program at Seattle Tacoma International Airport. Directed strategic planning and program definition, provided design management from conceptual design through final construction documents, oversaw development of program design standards, policies and procedures. Worked directly with Airport Senior Management and program stakeholders in defining scope, schedule, and capital budget. Provided capital forecast analysis and presented program to the Port of Seattle Commission for program funding approval and regular updates.

Directed strategic planning and project definition, provided oversight of design and construction, management of capital budgets, negotiated all design and construction contracts, and implemented cost and schedule controls to ensure projects delivered on time and within approved budgets.
