I worked as the product owner for the finnish Prescription Centre. I managed and prioritized the backlog for Precription Centre (ePrescription, national eMedication list), Kelain(national eprescription software), Pharmaceutical database and xBorder ePrescription (CEF funded). During the change of responsibilities of Kanta-develoment I led the development of more customer-oriented way of working to fulfill the goals set by STM for the change. I participated in several national working groups. I was a member of guidance group and the group for developing information management and digital tools in the reform of pharmaceutical matters. I also participated in enterprise architecture groups relating to the primary use of data in medical affairs.

I worked as product owner for Kelain during the implementation phase. I prioritized properties, development tasks, issues and defects.https://kelain.fi/

My responsibilities included leading the corresponding projects, overseeing the specifications for Kelain, taking part in the eMedicationlist project as pharmaceutical expert, processing customer suggestions for both products, commenting on educational materials and co-operating with other government agencies.

I led IT development projects, develop BI software Qlikview-applications and give general IT support for users. My main task was to improve pharmacy program Maxx and to give support for it's users in our organisation. This support included providing also written instructions to key processes.

I was responsible for the user guidance and configuring the systems for installations of Maxx to replace old Linnea in our pharmacies. I also tested, wrote instructions and gave user support in Maxx and other IT matters.

Consulting application for market authorisation.

I coached and taught Linnea and Maxx systems, tested both of these, wrote handbooks and instructions for Maxx and worked at helpdesk. I also handled Maxx installations.

Work includes research, studies and teaching. I'm also the co-webmaster of our division's webpage.
