Product Support Specialist for InteliSys Aviation proprietary airline PSS, serving customers worldwide.

I manage and maintain the airline's Passenger Service System, including routes, & flights. I also oversee the general IT equipment of the airline, plan device maintenance, and repair inoperative devices, aside from general troubleshooting of IT issues that arise.

I provide customers with repair & maintenance services of their computer devices, both locally and remotely. I also assist them with basic networking i.e. router/mesh WiFi setup for their homes & office. Aside from the aforementioned services, I also liase with computer manufacturers for warranty claims on behalf of my customers as required. Other services that I provide include (but are not limited to):1) Data recovery2) Remote troubleshooting3) Sales advice on current computer parts/planned upgrades either for personal/office use.
