My passion is building highly effective teams and driving for sustainable business results. As an experienced executive in the CPG industry, I have led the execution of new retail and supply chain solutions, negotiated multi-million dollar strategic agreements, optimized facility and resource utilization, managed dynamic P/L budgeting and directed onboarding and integration of new customers while collaborating with other C-suite executives as well as the board of directors. Key metrics include exceeding cost reduction initiatives, on-time product delivery, net promotor score, EBIT forecasting and budgeting. As the business landscape and expectation for inclusion and diversity initiatives peaked in 2020, I stepped into a newly created role to build a global DEIB strategy for the Hallmark and Crayola brands that spanned talent acquisition, professional development, product development, marketing and corporate philanthropy. I have proven success in leading global business transformation through strategic initiatives as well as improving the overall employee engagement and culture of the organization.
