Haralambos L. Loukaras was born in 1976 in the island of Rhodes in Greece. He is an Economist (Business School, Faculty Economics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, GR) and has completed a Master's (M.Sc.) degree in Tourism Marketing and Management from University of Bournemouth UK. He used to be the Director of the Association for the Development and Progress of Dodecanese (2005-2008), a Development Agency and subsidiary non-profit organization of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Dodecanese. In addition from 2003 until 2008 was also the pioneer and the scientific moderator in the Tourism Research Body of the Chamber of Commerce of the Dodecanese which was a regional tourism think tank. Now he is partner at Double Dot Consulting as well as partner at Loukaras and Associates both of them expertise business consulting firms.
