I am an expert in helping my clients find and sell homes but also pride myself in helping my clients leverage their equity to acquire more properties or to pursue business ventures.I was recently blessed to be named to the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Top 500, a title awarded to an elite club of the top 500 highest producing agents. The Salt Lake Board of Realtors has over 10,000 in membership. I focus on understanding what my clients goals are first and work hard and fight fiercely to help them get what they’re after.My greatest skills are in building strong relationships with my clients and even with the realtors that sit across from me at the negotiation table. My goal is to build transformational relationships, not transactional. Building relationships helps me to understand people on a deeper level, and helps me to negotiate better for my clients, and negotiate better with my colleagues.I am very proud of having recently been awarded the Agent Choice Award of 2022 for EXIT Realty Success, awarded to the agent whose colleagues felt had the most impact in the office. The high esteem from my colleagues who see me day in and day out is most gratifying, even after receiving Agent of the year in 2021, and rookie of the year in 2019.
