Over the past 10 years, I have held roles as a founder, team member, team leader and board member to help foster and develop three key foundational pillars of success: attention to detail in financial planning and data analysis; operational efficiency; and strategic thinking to guide planning and execution. My financial background, through underwriting and valuation consulting, has taught me the importance of this element for any business. Through my valuation consulting business, I have built financial models which led to successful company acquisitions and equity capital term sheets. This path ultimately led me to the world of consumer goods, where I have held roles as Financial Controller, CFO and CEO. I have secured financing well above the traditional benchmarks and managed deployment to realize significant year-on-year growth. As a team leader, I prioritize and execute using an effort vs impact framework to ensure strategic goals are met. An advocate of collaboration, I continuously seek out challenging problems that require novel thinking and collaboration.
