Solo founder, ran 2 product lines, and grew the company to > $1MM ARR. Talk Hiring had 2 product lines, an automated mock interviewing tool and a cash-back job searching tool. The mock interviewing tool has conducted > 130k automated mock interviews (about 2.5 years worth of 24/7 mock interviews) with > 70% interview improvement. Our cash-back job searching tool, called Hire Rewards, scaled to 5k new signups/mo and over 20k job submissions/mo, with strong PMF.

• Team lead on unit comprised of four other engineers to build features for enterprise customers. • Led project to revamp the mission-critical, internal annotation console used to generate training data on tight deadline. • Core maintainer of our end-to-end email pipeline. • On my own, learned more about Data Science.  Wrote about Deep Learning Activation Functions and an implementation of Word2Vec in JavaScript.• Managed 2 engineering interns.  Set boundaries and expectations to make them more independent.• Interviewed and evaluated every JavaScript candidate for a 1.5 year span.

• Worked on the JavaScript mobile website using Mojito serving 500,000+ users • Built out internationalization to allow game to be played in 10 languages• Helped build the standings page, team-viewer, and added Facebook Open Graph integration• Closed more than 50 outstanding issues with the product • Coordinated visual and application design
