Job Description:• Provide support for all various departments and support PDC (Parts Distribution Center) Systems • Assist in project phases, including requirements and testing • Support hardware upgrades at warehouses and work with vendors to support • Support user account administration • Provide reports and query assistance to other departments as needed. • Research systems issues, data requests and data discrepancies as needed • Provide general assistance for MPA systems requests and projects MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY • Support Systems department with projects, including testing and post implementation. Oversee hardware upgrades and coordinate with affected users and HAEA. • Play support role for all PDC systems support, in addition to headquarters and offsite locations. Ensure issues are resolved promptly and operations can continue with minimal interruption. This includes hardware support for Parts Distribution Centers and may require some work outside normal hours. • Assist with running reports and queries to ensure data consistency across departments • Initiate program maintenance requests and determine their priorities based on urgency or benefit to Mobis Parts America, LLC., Hyundai Motor America, Inc and Kia Motors America, Inc • Assist in user account creation , hardware setup and system access

•Responsible for data entry and updating Database with daily activities andinformation•Receive manufacturer incentives; organizing, entering, submitting, andchecking data•Promptly correct and evaluate any mistakes or issuesCalculate on going trade values as assigned•Provide excellent service to clients and apply effective troubleshootingtechniques under pressure•Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and usersaddressing any issues and needs and resolving them promptly andthoroughly

◦Responsible for data entry task which includes: -Quarterly terms collecting Financial APR and Rate of Interest -Adding and editing new car trims for multiple brands in US/CAN/UK -Monthly vehicle Trade Value for cars brands and adding specific packagesinto AutoAlert Database ◦Assist in QA (Quality Assurance) Regression/Daily Testing before product release on the website and android/ios applications◦In charge of SQL Reporting, Spreadsheet development and maintenance, and read only database research ◦Adaptable and flexible: have completed various projects related to the Automotive Industry

Support all interactive classrooms and a computer lab with over 60 workstations for the Mihaylo College of Business.Provide desktop support for end-users including students, faculty and staff.Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware issues for classroom workstations as well as projectors and Crestron control systems.Create support tickets using ServiceNow to escalate hardware, software, or facility issues.
