As a Partner in BT's TAS practice, I serve as the Texas Market Lead. In my role, I assist both private equity and strategic clients in acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and recapitalizations. Primarily serving middle-market clients, I understand that one size does not fit all when it comes to choosing an M&A partner. I add value by providing high-touch and tailored solutions for each individual client. During this time I worked on 100+ deals ranging from $5M - $7 billion in deal value. Additional experience includes cross-border and complex, multi-entity transactions.I received my bachelor's degree from Louisiana Tech University (Ruston, LA) and my master's degree from the Munich Business School (Munich, Germany).
