I have implemented help desk, systems & networks, websites, ERP, Business Process re-Designing (BPR), Data Disaster Recovery and other related systems integration for SAARC Development Fund (SDF). I implemented the SDF organizational ERP customized software in-house and migrated it to Cloud implementation as per the requirement of the SDF project management & Monitoring Evaluation systems. I am excellent performer for end-user help desk support in troubleshooting various issues and network connected peripherals.
