She built the acquisition pipeline and cultivated relationships with private equity firms, venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, and investment bankers.Health & Wellness Expertise. Completed 15 acquisitions at Sharecare ranging from pre-revenue to more than $200M in revenue. Transactions were across the enterprise, provider, consumer, and life sciences channels, with the most notable being the acquisition of Healthways’ $250M population health division that brought meaningful scale to the company. Capital Raising. As an executive with Sharecare, leveraged relationships with investors and lenders to assist in raising more than $450M in private debt and equity capital.Venture Capital. Through her work with Noro-Moseley Partners, contributed to scaling the firm’s market share within the healthcare sector, including high-growth software and services companies.Initial Public Offerings. Extensive experience in all facets of pre-IPO planning and IPO transaction execution, including valuation, due diligence, and partnering with auditors, attorneys, and investment bankers. Spent 10 years in investment banking with an industry focus in financial services, healthcare, and consumer products companies.Financial Expertise.
