As the Senior Manager of Digital Employee Experience (DEX) at VELUX, I have been responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance the productivity, collaboration, and engagement of over 13,000 employees across more than 40 countries. I have leveraged my deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and others, to create a modern and secure digital workplace that supports the company's vision and values. I have also been involved in shaping the company's IT strategy, governance, and architecture, aligning them with the business objectives and customer needs.

I'm fortunate to have the ability to do many things at VELUX, but probably I'm most proud of the below:Spearheaded the modernization of our global company portal based on the standard SharePoint online stack. Featuring a Microsoft case study. I was hired as an IT manager to support the Slovenian and Croatian subsidiary of VELUX.This is where I've started my learning on Enterprise standards, bigger projects, bigger environments.I've learned to work daily with enterprise-grade delivery centers, I've learned people management, the end-to-end sales processes, support systems as well as many ITIL best practices.Among other things, I've had the opportunity to lead a CRM implementation (Aurea CRM), which allowed me to master the corporate sales process, lead building, lead conversion, SEO, and various other soft skills.

I have had the privilege to work on a startup before there was a "startup" scene.I leveraged my abstract skills and my ability to wear multiple hats to run IT operations, managed a remote team (project management) while overlooking the budget and the product pipeline.I did it all, eventually, the project didn't work out - but it was a treasure of learnings.
