As a Principal Consultant, I support Small Businesses, Nonprofits, and Schools to effect change on their processes, workflows, and culture to bring about a healthier environment, increased revenue, and a stable business model. My experience in administration, management, development, sales, and service in addition to my degrees in Business, Psychology, and Liberal Arts affords me to freedom to personally know your business and your brand and work with you toward unique, creative solutions.

My education here ran the gamut all things business related ranging from industrial operations to spreadsheets to financial management to integrated marketing. I developed an holistic understanding of the ins and outs of any basic business model, formed business-based writing habits, and trained in the various technologies pertinent to any business today (i.e. FAIR risk management, Google Analytics, Excel)

Worked in the Customer Success Department and trained in the Federal and Municipal spaces as well. Developed familiarity with Salesforce and Agile management strategies. Created and wrote SOP documents and internal presentations for business-wide usage and implementation.

Over the course of a decade, I spent four different summers at this camp in various roles and, ultimately, filled the role of a program director. My main task was facilitating day-to-day operations of the camp and its ~100 campers at any given time. Additionally, I mentored and trained 30+ employees and counselors for the purposes of role mastery and future advancement and opportunities within the camp.

Presented and facilitated the movement of clients from previous utility companies for internet, cable, and cellular devices to AT&T and shepherded them through their first few weeks after acquiring their new products and services.

Coming from a Liberal Arts background, I was tasked with building curriculum and managing classes across the spectra for grades and disciplines. I have experience teaching lower school math, middle school science and Latin, and high school Latin, history, science, and math. I also coached JV Basketball and was head of my "house" for intramurals.My largest responsibility, however, was the spring Gala (2015-2018) which was the school's largest fundraiser. I was tasked with mobilizing a few hundred students, teachers, and volunteer parents to direct an entertaining show full of songs, skits, and dances. I wrote and choreographed many of the acts and also managed the operations of the event (the venue, backstage tech, all schedules for all things, budgets, and, most importantly, people).

I built a year round swim program, including all ages, from the bottom up. I managed a coaching staff and implemented tailored program for all skill levels.

In its second year of existence, I coached the high school swim team to the school's first conference championship and first appearance in the state finals competition.

Tasked with the inaugural mission, I developed relationships with nearby mission efforts from the central hub at the Amani Center outside of the Mathare slums. I created relationships that later missionaries relied on for living and work efforts in the years following my time there. I raised funds for the St. Maurus daycare center for mentally and physically handicapped children in the heart of the slums as well as tending to a local orphan center. I helped relocate orphans with extended family members outside of the city, and I was invited as a guest speaker and teacher in Uganda.

Scheduled all shifts between 5am and 9pm, and I ran swim lessons on Saturday mornings.

Swim practice 4 mornings a week from 6-7am. We had swim meets on Thursday or Friday evenings. I had 8 swimmers(4 boys and 4 girls), and 6 of them made it to the state championship meet for 3A private schools.

Helped Mayan village to build a Church.

In charge of 82 swimmers, boys and girls, between the ages of 5 and 18. Went 4-1 in dual meets, won divisional relays, and had a top 5 winner in the 8 and under girls breastroke.

Sold and ran ski trips from Virginia to Mont Tremblant, Canada with bus groups of 50 and total groups in upwards of 500.
