I was an intern at the State of Alabama's Personnel Department. During this internship, I worked as an IT technician and performed various tasks such as troubleshooting, maintenance, inventory management, and online technical support. I learned many skills such as how to use cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, how to communicate with people such as finding the root of the problem and how I plan to resolve it, and writing PowerShell scripts.
