As an assistant editor, I source content and edit articles for SafeGround’s biannual journal MiddleGround, and work closely with both journalists and senior editors to produce print-ready stories that spotlight humanitarian issues.

I joined Hawkeye Publishing as an intern working under the editorial department. Over the three months, I proofed, edited, and typeset books for print and eBook publication, and implemented new ePub standards for the firm's business imprint. I was able to further grow my skillset alongside experienced editors and publishers, while liaising with authors and designers to bring multiple projects to print.

I was the primary contact for over 200 construction businesses that required tool and hardware services. As the representative for North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, I responded to accounts in-person and operated with a high degree of autonomy to collect, sell, and deliver products.

In this position, I was the lead technical author on the Tracer project (FinTech). There, I co-designed and marketed novel financial software. My primary role was to draft, edit, and publish whitepapers, user documentation, and educational resources.

As an outside-school-hours-care (OSHC) educator, I performed duties as a core member of a large, dynamic team focused on the welfare of students.
