Working within Dynamic Network Operations at BT Technology. I previously worked on customer experience specifically and also in co-operation with EE on IPsec. Currently I work on BT’s Converged Core network, maintaining the network through break/fix actions as well as pre-emptive maintenance. In 2019 I completed a BT apprenticeship scheme earning a Foundation degree in Network Engineering at UOS. Since then I’ve completed the additional credit to attain my full honours degree, a BSc in Network Engineering. Formerly Cisco certified (which has since expired), I’m now more focussed on Nokia certification and upskilling in other areas such as network cloud.In my free time I’m a father most importantly. But I enjoy football and am a lifelong Ipswich Town fan. I also like staying active by training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and other combat sports.
