Designing, implementing and migrating to new Legal Practice Management Software; Drafting visa applications; Designing, creating and maintaining staff Intranet; Researching; liaising directly with clients regarding file progress and outcomes, managing case files;Training new staff on general and legal software usage, completing administrative duties and answering phones; Assisting with hearings and attending client meetings; Providing general IT assistance for staff.
