  For my first job, I worked at a country inn on the outskirts of Whitby called The Ellerby. Here I was an essential part of the waiting on team. My responsibilities included - pot washing, general cleaning and hygiene maintenance, serving food as well as preparing appetisers, desserts and hot drinks. During my time working here, I demonstrated the ability to work effectively in a team in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment. In particularly during the ‘eat out to help out’ scheme, which was an especially busy time for us in the hospitality industry.
