Creating planning reports, such as Statements of Environmental Effects, Review of Environmental Factors, Planning Proposals, and project management of proposals from inception to approval. Providing accurate planning advice to clients.

Preparing Planning Proposals, and providing planning advice to key stakeholders, such as internal Council staff, State agencies, and proponents.
