Prepares middle-Pleistocene megafauna(big Ice Age animal) fossils for display at the Madera County Fossil Discovery Center.

Assist with surveying and excavating fossils in the badlands Hell Creek Formation. Roles also include casting and preparing fossils.

Conducts research in the Yeakel Quantitative Ecological Dynamics Lab. Works with animal trait data in order to find correlations between diet and morphology. Currently working on undergraduate thesis which analyzes the foraging strategy of Pleistocene (Ice Age) carnivores such as the American lion (panthera leo atrox) and sabertooth cat (smilodon fatalis).

Researched, organized and constructed educational material on the columbian mammoth and other extinct megafauna for the Arboleda Fossils Exhibit in the Kolligian Library at UC Merced. The exhibit consisted of two columbian mammoth skulls along with a multitude of other fossils from mammals such as the American horse, western camel and dire wolf.
