I commenced the Godolphin Flying Start scholarship at Kildangan Stud in Ireland on August 15th. This opportunity will take me to five countries in two years to study and work with thoroughbred industry leaders, an incredible opportunity that I am grateful for. This program will further support my education and understanding of this great thoroughbred industry, and what it makes to be a leader.I graduated with a Bachelor of Design from the University of New South Wales. Whilst at UNSW I achieved an internship with Taylor Construction, where I was a project intern on The Winx Stand, Royal Randwick. Afterward, I had the opportunity to work at a variety of horse studs both within Australia and the United States. I am looking to combine my creative background and experiences within the thoroughbred industry, merging my two passions. In doing this, using design, I can help further improve the efficiency and safety of the racing industry for both the horse and its participants.
