• Where possible, act as a mentor to other NOC staff in their technical or functional development.
• As needed, provide procedures and/or instruction on networking technologies for clients andinternal staff.
• Maximize customer network performance by identifying performance issues such as degradation,congestion, and suspected misconfiguration, and working with INOC Engineers or Service Transitionto convey those issues.
