Priority Projects Lead within the Government Skills and Curriculum Unit. Work included the development of the physical campus for government — to unlock savings and change learning cultures by better using government estate — and key work to develop spend profiles and the strategic trajectory for the whole unit, including the development of business cases and associated governance — ensuring an aligned strategy that delivers on the objectives set out in the Declaration on Government Reform.
