My role at VEG spans three main areas listed below.Strategic Projects- Developed VEG's total addressable market model to establish our best estimate of VEG's long-term growth potential informing CFO and board-level decisions- Conducting deep dive analysis to understand the impact of new competitor entrants across our portfolio of locations as well as establishing a bespoke research process to forecast how our soon-to-open stores will perform, which informs crucial decisions on staffing and marketingAnalytics Projects- Developing a demand funnel framework to understand where VEG is losing potential customers within the sales process and identify opportunities to convert more potential customers into actual customers- Act as the analytics partner for our marketing team, helping quantify the marginal return of marketing spend, understand performance of various marketing channels, and suggesting potential marketing experiments- Built a regression model to benchmark recently launched hospitals, allowing senior leadership to understand which hospitals are over/underperforming while adjusting for multiple factors outside of the hospitals' controlTechnical Projects- Collaborated with engineering and marketing to integrate VEG's digital marketing data with our sales data to understand which sales can be directly attributed to digital channels- Implementing the Qualtrics platform and developing an improved customer survey to measure VEG's customer experience across 45+ hospital. - Develop automated Tableau dashboards to empower operations leaders to understand where their patient demand is originating and highlight opportunities to improve B2B demand generation
