Some key rolls I possess are:- SOP Management (Sales Order Processing)- Automation and Database Management (Managing customer accounts, extracting sales databases and creating automation workflows to speed up the lead generation process)- Stock Control (Being the first point of contact for any incoming orders, faults requiring returns, as well as taking the reigns on refurbishing systems and handsets at Z1)- General administrative duties (Having worked at Z1 for more than 5 years now, I possess all of the key administrative qualities required to key the behind-the-scenes running smoothly at our Bradford office).
