1. Direct and manage all activity related to the sales and marketing online and offline.2. Responsible for all booking to execution and conference services from the time a contract becomes definite to execution3. Prepare an sale plan in a fiscally responsible manner4. Establish and maintain rapport with clients, prior to, during and post conference, exceeding their expectations and encouraging repeat business5. Conduct site inspections as required6. Develop monthly sale plans for the department in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing team.7. Ensure that function bookings, group resumes and event contract are prepared and distributed accurately and efficiently8. Ensure meeting and function rooms are properly maintained at all times liaising with food and beverage outlets regarding reservations and flow of clients9. Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to prepare monthly forecasts10. Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs11. Follow departmental policies and procedures12. Other duties as assigned

1. Planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services2. Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations3. Providing relevant information, brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events etc) to travelers4. Booking transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees5. Using promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages6. Dealing with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds7. Attending travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trend8. Entering data into our software and maintain client files9. Networking with tour operators10. Maintaining statistical and financial records11. Meeting profit and sales targets
