I coach my clients to be more effective and efficient, which translates into greater output/productivity and consequently actualization of the desired results. I coach my clients around the 4 attributes of Mental Toughness (Prof Peter Clough) :CONFIDENCE: confidence in abilities (being confident to attempt new or difficult tasks) and interpersonal confidence (being confident within social situations)COMMITMENT: setting goals and working hard to achieve them.CHALLENGE: seeing new activities or situations as opportunities for self-development, rather than as threats.CONTROL: Life control and emotional control.Through this approach, i have supported my clients to seek new ways of doing things, viewing new situations and possibilities and to develop new approaches, plans, strategies and actions. The process involves learning that normally leads to new discoveries and SELF-AWARENESS.
