I was employed as a Sales Assistant and to provide customer support at Morrisons. During my time with Morrisons I built up strong relationships with both customers and colleges alike. I was also transferred to different departments, in a supervisory capacity, on a temporary basis, due to my ability to learn new skills quickly, and to provide leadership. From time to time I was asked to deputise for the checkout supervisors during their absence from the shop floor, and to cover holiday periods. I received a number of commendations for providing exemplary customer service during the monthly review of customer feedback questionnaires.
