I created Coach Connect during my time at Hartpury University and it has been my passion ever since. My goal is to create a platform to aid the entire sports coaching and physical activity industry. Coach Connect is a sports coaching recruitment search engine. We have created a professional community, in which relationships between Coach and organisations can be established and develop. Coaches are able to create a profile to help their job application process, promote their professional developments and join coaching groups.

Working as part of the service team to manage the restaurant interacting closely with customers, suppliers and other industry professionals. I took a lead role in the team improving my leadership skills and exercising risk management for the restaurant. The Bell won AA pub of the year for 2017, which is an astonishing achievement for a village pub.

Working with children as a pool assistant. I became a mentor and role model to young children. This experience enhanced my communication skills and my patients. This role came with lots of responsibility, Every child is different so I learnt very quickly that techniques and teaching styles must be adapted for every individual.

During my time as a lifeguard I gained experience in handling high levels of responsibility. I was regularly trained in key communication techniques to continually assess the safety of all customers. Fully first aid and medically trained with Defibrillator training. I learnt how to effectively handle customers from a young age.
