I have recently completed a T-Level in Civil Engineering Design, Surveying, and Planning. Now I am moving on to the next step in my career which is a Quantity Surveying Degree Apprenticeship with Langton Development Services. I am passionate about combining my technical knowledge and hands-on experience to contribute effectively to the field of quantity surveying.I am a proactive problem solver with strong technical knowledge, an eye for detail, and a pragmatic approach to resolving issues in both design and construction. I operate with a consistent regard for health and safety, quality, the environment, programme, and cost throughout the project lifecycle. This is supported by my ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, the design team, consultants, and the client team. I have a salient ability to motivate others, a prominent decision-making attribute, and commercial awareness. I am an acute multitasker with excellent coordination skills.I have worked on-site for 2 years as a labourer and know what it is like to work in a team, proving that I am capable. I have experience with in-situ concrete, various tools and machinery, and numerous trades, including plasterers, bricklayers, joiners, tilers, and electricians. I have worked professionally in management, organizing four joiners on what and how to do a job with an over-run due date, demonstrating high knowledge and comprehension.These elements make me a knowledgeable, alert, and pertinent leader/colleague both on-site and off-site.
