My name is Harrison and I am a Playground Designer from Brisbane.Having graduated from a dual Bachelor of Industrial Design/Business with Distinction at QUT in 2022, I got into playground design as my first industry job and haven’t looked back since! My role as a Playground Designer has allowed me to not only solidify my industrial design skills, but working at a small company has also allowed me to develop landscape architecture and estimation skills, amongst others. I love being able to create a positive impact on the world through my work, and playground design allows me to do that by creating play spaces that provide children with lasting memories and enjoyment for years to come. I am passionate about industrial design and love appreciating the creativity and thought behind any and all designed products. This industry allows me to express my creativity while also exercising critical thinking to find unique and effective design solutions. Throughout my career I have become highly proficient with Inventor, hand sketching and Copic marker renderings, and proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
