Construction of a production facility. My role was to manage the planning of the entire construction. I facilitated the engineering, field construction of the mechanical/electrical components, and mobilized the workforce. In additional, I provided my staff with daily and weekly goals that are to be accomplished. I also provided a six outlook plan for the project to ensure it's on time completion.
