Due to a persisting struggle with family health issues, I have been working since the age of 14 when I became eligible to receive a Texas Workforce Commission license. Starting in retail with my summers spent moonlighting as a lifeguard, I eventually waded into the waters of the restaurant industry. When I became eligible for a TABC license, I dove head first into hospitality. Since then I have worked nearly every angle of a bar and/or restaurant at events frequently exceeding 1000+ patrons, and today proudly uphold the title of a Jack of all trades. As this moniker's full motto is frequently forgotten, it is commonly taken as a slant. But when considering my dexterity alone, I can assure that although a Jack of all trades may be a master of none, it is oftentimes better than a master of one. Now currently aiming to leverage my skills in the virtual domain of remote positions, I have been freelancing graphic design and beta testing projects with the intent of finding a position with solid footing.
