• Coordination of all humanitarian intervention by different partners within the centre and working in collaboration with various sectors leads in the locations to ensure quality intervention and response are provided to the beneficiaries. • In collaboration with the logistics team, facilitate the logistics for various meetings, workshops and training which ensure that logistical management for the project management are provided in a timely manner• Provide technical support through capacity building of the team members, community stakeholders and volunteers on humanitarian coordination mechanisms, responses and quality assistance to the beneficiaries• In collaboration with the Project Manager, facilitate in planning, tracking budget expenditures and accountability, ensuring that cash held by staff are closed in a timely manner.• Supports MEAL team in planning and supervising field data collection, and the Project Manager in monitoring all field activities and tracking the performance of project performance indicators against the agreed targets and reviewing log frames, theories of change, context analyses and needs assessments that would inform programming.• Contributing creative ideas to various sectors project design are implemented in ways responsive to communities, partners, and in line with donor principles, values, and established strategic plan and compliant with SOPs.• In collaboration with the project manager, facilitate the creation and implementation of a detailed annual work – plan, which identifies the sequence of activities needed to successfully implement the project and ensure the objectives are met in a timely and technically sound manner • Provide the project implementation supporting documents, minutes of meetings, reports of trainings and workshops as a means of verification and ensure the project data are appropriately secured and submitted to the project manager in a timely manner
