During my time here I outsourced for a company called SkyMesh who deal with providing wifi services to rural areas of Australia. My campaign was to call existing customers outbound, sometimes receiving inbound calls, to upsell them to higher wifi plans.

Innovate UK work on behalf of the UKRI (United Kingdom Research and Innovation) in giving government grants to all variety of UK organisations via a competition application process. My role as an a Customer Support Executive I would answer inbound emails and calls from said organisations assisting them in the application process and post application process.

Chipside work on behalf of Wiltshire Council dealing with cashless parking and parking permits. My role was to take 150 – 250 calls a day assisting with all aspects of customer services including customer complaints, queries, payments and dealing directly with the county council on a variety of issues.
