Provided insight and training on Unclaimed Property data requirements and regulation. Designed and developed an ETL tool used by Keane to process client data for unclaimed property reporting. This is the primary data processing tool used by Keane to this day.

Researched under Walter Smith on an interdisciplinary project concerning the creation of nano-scale silicon substrates and the testing of DNA conductivity. Frequently operated a Thin Metal Deposition System to apply nano-scale thicknesses of metal to samples and a Scanning Electron Microsope (JEOL JSM-6510LV) for use in Electron Beam Lithography. Developed primary source research skills when researching relevant fields, designed patterns with DesignCAD and received basic training with an Atomic Force Microscope. Occasionally assisted with Walter Smith's other projects.

Tutored a couple of students in AutoCAD as they took their CAD I course at Pennsylvania Institute of Technology. Engaged them in their assignments, challenging them to find the most efficient way to complete a drawing, ensuring they understood the commands and setting they used to do so.

Haverford College

Planned, organized and executed Haverford College's first-year orientation week. Managed a committee of students and administrators in charge of training the 184 students that help first-years adjust to the Haverford community. Worked with businesses, students, administration and staff, developing relationships, solving logistical issues and resolving interpersonal conflicts. During the week of orientation, repeatedly addressed groups of 500+ students in formal and informal settings. Acted as the problem solver for any issues that arose over the week.

Hosted informative and lively discussions where first-years felt safe to share personal anecdotes, opinions and feelings, discussing different viewpoints in a constructive manner.
