Responsibility included: chapter budgeting, tracking and recording all expenses, creating a control system amongst the executive board, collecting dues from all brothers, daily and weekly reconciliations of accounts receivable and checks, weekly meetings with our management team, and constant communication with executive board, management team, and brothers of Pi Lambda Phi. • Formulated budgets to allocate dues collected from brothers totaling $200,000 - $300,000. • Created new accounts receivable system that helped increase collection rates year over year. • Helped to update backed up previous and current expense reports to be looked at for tax reporting. • Handled all financial transactions and involved heavily in all major fraternity related decisions.

• Assisted analyst using 10-K and 10-Q reports, for domestic and foreign investment securities that are offered to foreign bank’s customers, in performing independent analysis. Analyzed foreign countries for the establishment of country limits for the Bank• Reconciled cashier’s checks, expense checks, ACH account daily. Reconciled 400 GL’s such as fixed assets, prepaid expenses, bank expenses, bank accruals, and bank insurances monthly using general ledger transactions• Scanned and filed all reconciliations and other bank documents such as deluxe, deposits, and rates to FIS/FDM

Served as part of the volunteer staff for Baptist Hospital, one of top medical facilities in South Florida. Helped facilitate tasks between various departments. Trained new volunteers with tasks including: hospital rotations, telemetry distribution, patient assistance, transportation of blood and specimen between various departments, and bedside manner amongst patients.
