- Teach 200+ counselors a variety of safety protocols and how to facilitate low ropes activities in the span of one week - Responsible for setting up multiple high rope elements and inspecting different equipment to mitigate potential risk to campers and personnel - Operate different high elements for the 500+ campers that came onto the ropes course facility every day and ensure the holistic safety of each camper was maintained- Effectively communicate and encourage participants on high rope elements, while also integrating the gospel if possible

- Responsible for overseeing 6 counselors and 48 campers every week- Organize, create, and facilitate group discussion during the weekly CORE nights- Maintain camps mission statement and ensure campers experienced a world-class camp - Stepped in as director of the 8-10 group for 1 week, overseeing 100+ campers and 20+ staff- Create a 10-minute presentation to teach the faith value to more than 100+ campers during big assembly
